Health and safety are paramount with every Voilà order. We have set up a working method with which we pay maximum attention to the safety of both our guest and our employees. This isn’t separate, but actually a combination of everyone involved: partners, employees and guests. That is why we say “we team up to safely enjoy”.
Health, hygiene and food safety.
All processes within our services meet the requirements of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authorities. With regard to COVID-19, we strictly follow the rules of the RIVM. In order to guarantee food safety, we pay extra attention to the way we purchase, prepare and deliver our food and beverages. Additionally, we have fully trained our employees with additional training on this. Finally, from Voilà we offer the add-on option to manage lunch with a Guest Wellness Host.
